Why Managed

Stop Being Your Own Network Admin

Problems Caught Early

A failing switch, a full link or an unusual traffic spike shows up in monitoring. Often we fix it before your team notices.

Predictable Cost

A flat monthly fee in place of emergency call-outs, and advice before you buy hardware you may not need.

Ready to Grow

A new hire, a new floor or a second site gets added to a network designed for it, not bolted on.

What We Manage

Every Layer of the Network

01
Firewall

Rules tuned to your actual traffic, intrusion detection, and updates as new threats appear.

02
Network Segments

Separate networks and access rules for staff, guests and devices, kept current as your team changes.

03
Who Gets In

Access tied to each person's account and role, with multi-factor sign-in, so it ends when their account does.

04
WiFi

Access point health, channel settings and coverage checked again when your space or device count changes.

Remote Access

Connect Sites and Remote Staff Without a Fragile VPN

Traditional VPNs tend to break when anything changes. We build an encrypted overlay network that links your offices, remote staff and servers as if they were on the same local network, with traffic kept off the open internet.

Each connection is verified at both ends. Where you share systems with a vendor or partner, we set up a separate encrypted tunnel for them and nothing more.

Scope

What We Take Off Your Plate

The network is part of managed IT. You can leave with every configuration and diagram, because they belong to you.

  • Firewall rules and policy changes
  • Monitoring of performance, outages and security events
  • Network segments and access lists
  • Multi-factor and single sign-on settings
  • WiFi channels and coverage checks
  • VPN, site-to-site and overlay links
  • Tested firmware updates in maintenance windows
  • Written steps for common failures
  • Configuration backups and current documentation

Alerts reach us during help desk hours, or after hours if your agreement includes after-hours cover.
